January 23rd 1991 Bro. Sparks was Miraculously saved by his fathers bedside and from then on his life never was the same.
Bro. Sparks attended a Vacation Bible
School at the Church
of God and called it home. After called to Preach Bro. Sparks worked with the youth
group. Bro. Sparks later began to attend the Catlettsburg Church of God where He was Baptized with the Holy Ghost with the
evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gave the utterance. Later that same year Bro. Sparks was baptized by then
Pastor Tom Mullins.
Raised up in a Pentecostal home, by goodly parents under the ministry of Pastor R.A. West of Varney West Virginia, Bro.
Sparks roots were in the Pentecostal movement. Bro. Sparks later was licensed by R.A West Ministries and Pastored 2 churches
before going into the evangelistic field full time.
In 2000 Bro. Sparks began preaching on the radio and the 30 minute program, "Breaking the Silence" was heard localy 7 days
a week and via short wave radio around the world. Bro. Sparks has preached in many different churches and seen many souls
saved. Bro. Sparks unique preaching and the powerful demonstration of the Holy Ghost make this ministry one worth considering

If we desire to see the results the
Apostles seen in the book of Acts, we must not deviate from the message they preached. To change that message or deviate from

17 years later Bro. Sparks is still engaged on the front lines of this
great spiritual warfare fighting for Jesus Christ declaring His Gospel to lost humanity.
